3) REQUIREMENTS:

Q: What are the mandatory Requirements for EMREA Designation? 

A: To Qualify, you must fulfill all of these: 

1. Production: Closed at least 8 Deals in the past 12 months, including 2 traditional Residential Listings (single-family homes, townhomes, or condos). 

2. Sponsorship: Invited at least 5 agents and Sponsored at least 1 Agent into EXIT in the past 12 months. 

3. Complete 4 Mind-Set Courses: 

   • Three mandatory courses: 

     – EXIT Ambassador Program (In-person; can be retroactive since inception) This includes Ambassadors taken with Mike McCarron and Bob McKinnon.

     – Personality Profiles 101 with Angel Tucker (5 hours, completed on/after 1/1/2020) 

     – Creating Your Reality with Erica Nasby (8 hours, in-person or online, on/after 1/1/2020) 

   • One additional Mind-Set course of your choice from any of the 4 EXIT Mind-Set Trainers: Angel Tucker, Erica Nasby, Rick O’Neil, or Key Yessaad. 

   • The 4 courses must collectively involve training with at least 3 different trainers (i.e., you cannot take all 4 courses from only one or two trainers). 

4. Timing: Up to 3 of your required courses may be retroactive (completed on or after 1/1/2020). However, at least 1 of your 4 Mind-Set courses must be completed in 2025 or later. 

Q: Why is there a Production Requirement of 8 deals with 2 listings? 

A: This EXIT Designation EMREA emphasizes Practical Success. Before wearing the EMREA pin, you should have recent, tangible experience serving both Sellers and Buyers. This ensures Designees are Not only Well-Trained but also actively applying their skills in Real-World Transactions. 

Q: Why do I also need sponsorship activity?  

A: EXIT is built on the ethos of growth through Sponsorship. By inviting agents and sponsoring at least one, you demonstrate both Leadership and a commitment to EXIT’s unique business model. Sponsorship also helps strengthen EXIT on a local and national level.

4) MIND-SET COURSES: 

Q: Who are the 4 Mind-Set Trainers, and what do they offer? 

A: The four trainers are: 

• Angel Tucker (Personality Profiles, Communication Mastery, etc.) 

• Erica Nasby (Production Coaching, “Creating Your Reality,” Field Days, etc.) 

• Rick O’Neil (Catapult, Sponsorship Mastery, Broker/Leadership Focus, etc.) 

• Key Yessaad (Production & Listings Boot-Camp, Prospecting Workshops, etc.) 

Each trainer delivers distinct courses focusing on Mindset, Skill mastery, Listing strategies, Productivity, recruiting/sponsorship, Production, and more. 

Q: Can I complete all 4 Mind-Set courses from the same trainer? 

A: Sorry, No. You must study with at least 3 different trainers to cultivate a well-rounded Perspective and Skill set. 

Q: Do I have to take all courses live, or can I choose online formats? 

A: It depends on the trainer and the specific course. Some courses are live and in-person, some are offered as ongoing Zoom-based programs, and others are short online sessions. Check each trainer’s schedule or EXIT Corp Website for details. 

Q: Am I allowed to take multiple Mind-Set courses at the same time? 

A: While not explicitly prohibited, it is generally discouraged. The EMREA journey is meant to be Aspirational and Reflective. Taking multiple intensive programs simultaneously may dilute each course’s impact. Remember your Day to Day Production and Client Engagement is your #1 Priority! 

5) TIMELINE & COST: 

Q: How long does it typically take to earn the EMREA Designation? 

A: While there is no rigid universal schedule, a common guideline is 12–18 months. This window allows you to complete the required courses, meet production/sponsorship goals, and absorb what you learn without rushing. 

Q: Is there a standard or “bundled” fee for the EMREA Designation? 

A: No. EMREA is not a “package” nor “shopping cart” designation. Each Mind-Set course may have its own tuition cost, set by the respective trainer. Costs vary depending on course length, delivery format (online vs. in-person), and other factors. EMREA’s philosophy is that it is an aspirational journey, not a financial transaction or quick checkbox. 

As you know 3 of the Required Mind-Set Courses are Required, the fourth is selected by you based on your Needs, Areas that you wish to build strength in, and more importantly based on your Vision and Goals.

Q: Why is there no single “designation fee”? 

A: The goal is to keep the focus on continuous mastery, Not a pay-to-play model. Each trainer sets fair compensation for their respective courses, reflecting the expertise and time commitment offered. Agents should choose their training path based on the greatest potential impact, not just the cheapest option. 

6) APPLICATION & PLEDGE OF PROFESSIONALISM:

Q: How do I apply for the EMREA Designation once I meet the requirements? 

A: Here’s the process: 

1. Locate the official Application Form (docx or PDF). 

2. Fill it out by hand, including: 

   • Proof of at least 8 closings in the past 12 months (list addresses/dates). 

   • Sponsorship details (names of the agent(s) you sponsored or invited). 

   • Completed Mind-Set courses, with trainer names/dates. 

3. Complete the Pledge of Professionalism, also by hand. 

4. Scan and email both the signed application and Pledge to: designation@exitrealty.com

7) UPON APPROVAL: 

Q: Once approved, how do I receive my EMREA pin and certificate? 

A: You will receive an email confirmation, followed by shipping and/or an in-person recognition opportunity at your next EXIT event. Always keep an eye on official EXIT communications for upcoming ceremony details. 

Q: How will I be recognized at EXIT Conventions? 

A: EMREA Designees are typically invited on stage for public acknowledgment. Additionally, you will be included in private sessions with the 4 Mind-Set Trainers and EXIT leadership, offering a platform to discuss market insights, advanced strategies, and future growth opportunities. 

8) RENEWAL & ONGOING COMMITMENTS: 

Q: Do I have to renew my EMREA Designation annually? 

A: Currently, no formal annual renewal process is in place. However, EMREA designees must uphold their Pledge of Professionalism, continue delivering high-caliber service, and represent EXIT’s values in listings, sponsorship, and personal growth. 

Q: May I display the EMREA credential in my marketing? 

A: Absolutely. You can use “EXIT Master Real Estate Advisor (EMREA)” on business cards, email signatures, websites, social media profiles, and any other materials that benefit from highlighting your advanced expertise.
