The “EXIT Master Real Estate Advisor (EMREA) Designation” Pledge of Professionalism is a formal Commitment made by designees to uphold the Values, Standards, and Principles that Define Excellence within EXIT Realty. This Pledge represents a Dedication to ongoing professional development, integrity in service, and measurable contributions to personal and organizational growth. 

By taking this Pledge, participants Affirm their Responsibility to maintain the Highest Ethical Standards, foster collaboration, and actively contribute to their community, their brokerage, and the success of EXIT Realty. It embodies the Spirit of professionalism, trust, and Results-Driven Accountability that sets EXIT Training Designees apart as Leaders in the Real Estate industry.

☐  I Pledge to invite at least 5 Agents to EXIT Realty every year, contributing to the Growth and Strength of my Sponsoring Power. 

☐   I Pledge to get a Minimum of 5 Listings every year as an Agent; or to influence my Agents to get a Minimum of 5 Listings each per year as a Broker. (Note this is a Minimum – remember most of you are Capable of 10 or more Listings a year. At EXIT Realty we Value Inventory!)
