☐   Please Read these Requirements Carefully. Keep in Mind: the 4 EXIT Mind-Set Trainers are: Angel Tucker; Erica Nasby; Rick O’Neil, and Key Yessaad:  

☐   MUST have closed at Least 8 Deals in the last 12 Months, 2 of which are Traditional Residential Listings. (Single Family Homes, Townhomes, or Condos.) 

☐   MUST have invited at least 5 Agents and Sponsored at Least 1 Agent in the last 12 Months. 

☐   MUST Complete 4 Mind-Set Training Courses from at least 3 EXIT Mind-Set Trainers.  

Note 1: 3 of the 4 Mind-Set Training Courses are Required and listed below. You can then select the 4th Mind-Set Training Course from the list provided. 

Note 2: 3 of the Mind-Set Courses can be Retroactive (completed in the past after 1/1/2020) The Fourth one MUST take place in 2025 and beyond. 

☐   MUST Complete or have completed the EXIT Ambassador Program. (In-Person) (Taken from any of our Ambassador Trainers. Retroactive since inception.) 

☐   MUST Complete or have completed Personality Profiles with Angel Tucker (5 hours). (Retroactive to after 1/1/2020)  PDF Link to Details on completing this course.

☐   MUST Complete or have completed Creating Your Reality with Erica Nasby (8 hours) (In-Person or Online) (Retroactive to after 1/1/2020) 

☐   MUST Complete an Additional One (1) Mindset Training Course from the list below from our 4 Mindset Trainers. (Remember your 4 Completed Mind-Set Courses MUST come from at least 3 different Mind-Set Trainers.) 

☐   Erica Nasby’s Mind-Set Training Courses: 

☐   Field Day with Erica Nasby (2 day 16 Hours incl. doors – In Person.) 

☐   Performance Training (32 weeks zoom) 

☐   Angel Tucker’s Mind-Set Training Courses: 

☐   Your Secret Money Maker (3 Hours) (In-Person) 

☐   Creating the Win/Win (4 Hours) (In-Person) 

☐   The Power of Reading People (2 Hours) (Online)  

☐   Personality Management 101 Course (In-Person at BOT) (3 hours) 

☐   Rick O’Neil’s Mind-Set Training Courses: 

☐   Catapult: Break Barriers, Build Futures (6 hours) (Online) 

☐   Sponsorship Mastery: Empowering Brokers, Inspiring Agents (6 hours) (Online) 

☐   Key Yessaad’s Mind-Set Training Courses: 

☐   Complete 3-Month Production And Listings Boot-Camp with an Earned Certificate. (20 hours) (Live Zoom Meetings.) 

☐   Attend and Complete One of my All-Day, In-Person, Listing or Prospecting Workshops with Required Assignments. (6 hours) (Live In-Person on Location.)
